Please print and mail this application and payment to WTE to set up an individual (nonbusiness) account.   Your card and materials will be returned via mail.  You may also fax the application if it includes a Master Card or Visa card to charge.

Individual accounts are available to both business persons  and persons without business ownership or management responsibilities.

An existing Club member is entitled to a bonus from sponsoring a new member. If you have a sponsor friend who has recommended the Club, please let us know  his/her name.
