I understand the basic Club membership provides no selling commission payments, is intended as a lifetime privilege, and fees are due annually unless a 90 day written termination is submitted and all charges paid in full.

I authorize a credit report and understand a 1099 report may be submitted to the IRS for all earnings paid to my account.  Service charges are a 10% one time charge on the amounts of cash saved by using the Club credits and zero interest so long as the minimum monthly payments are made on cash debts.  The equivalent APR (annualized interest rate) may be negative, zero or up to 2.5 percent depending upon circumstances of payment.

Overdue minimum payment amounts may be charged up to 1.5% monthly (18% APR) as a late fee.  Current interest rate on overdue accounts only is 1% per month payable annually.
