One requests an item directly from WTE and WTE searches this list or if one finds the item himself, WTE will check for availability from the other IBA listing exchange.

El Paso area residents and businesses are invited to join the tCashe system for the benefits we offer locally. Juarez, Mexico businesses may find it convenient to have a tCashe account to shop in El Paso.
The businesses here pay no fees to be promoted on this site. Their cost is to cooperate and assist in offering the discounts we describe, both to tCashe card members and users of this site to take advantage of our "Friendship Discounts".
A tCashe account provides a discount method of payment for services at these businesses. The decision to use a given business rests with the buyer and WTE cannot accept responsibility for the results. We recommend checking with the Better Business Bureau and other references before proceeding with any choice, here or the Yellow Pages or anywhere else. A simple check with the Better Business Bureau is easily done by calling their 24 hour computer data service at (915) 577-0191 and using the touch tone pad to key in the telephone number of a business you are considering.
Out of town individuals and businesses are invited to:
1. Use the businesses promoted here at the regular prices and fees they have, or
2. Arrange one or more of our "Friendship Discounts" to save a few dollars at local restaurants and motels while visiting, or
3. Join their local Trade Exchange with whom we do business as found in major cities around the USA and take advantage of the ability to transfer credits and arrange discounts throughout the country.
Some "editorial" thoughts: Most of us wish to shop and buy for the lowest prices. It goes hand and hand with the competitive cash economy. Cash is "tight" or "tough to come by". Higher prices associated with extra service and convenience are generally OK but even then, we want to know we are really getting. This, of course, can be a great deal of work. Shopping is not cost free. It costs time and money both. To achieve the discounts the tCashe card offers here probably costs much more in time and money.
In addition, the individual customer does not have a large amount of leverage. A "SALE" by a store is done in competition with other stores to get customers, not because one customer has individual clout. Most prices are not particularly negotiable at a store. To get really better prices, larger volumes are needed. The stores get better prices from distributors and manufacturers when they buy in volume. A discount "club" organization such as WTE can justify better prices by increased volume in excess of one customer. So when we all cooperate in the system here, it gets better for all of us, including the stores. WTE has already arranged a generous discount, which should apply to the prices paid and the discount is done through the tCashe account. No negotiations are necessary and all one needs do is use the card and pay the (discounted) bills as they arrive.
