After we have dealt with the various professional persons here for several years, we feel we know them and readily recommend their services to friends and neighbors who ask.  As they are very busy people, we actually don't see them very often but what happens is that other members of the group relate their experiences and things they like and dislike when dealing with the various professionals.  Combined with our personal or family visits to many of these practices, we learn about their qualifications.  Most of them have never had a complaint issued to us (unless you wish to classify an occasional "boy that was expensive" as a complaint)
