WTE does not sell or disburse personal member information to the public or business list selling organizations.   Businesses are listed in a partial member list shown here and provided to each member.  

We do credit checks and reference checks for our own credit granting decisions.

Member accounts standing and business practices may be discussed with other members in order to assist a buying member or selling member in judging whether to do business with another member.  We refrain from entering into price negotiations and any actions which might be considered price fixing.  Prices are set by negotiation/offers/acceptances between buyers and sellers.  

We will normally withhold an unlisted telephone number from others unless given permission to give it out to members.  

All documents related to member accounts such as old statement copies are shredded before disposal.

Almost none of the pages on this site place "cookies" onto user's computers.  The tCashe Forum message board places a timing cookie to allow an active login for a period of time.  If it expires, the user must log in again.

Statement copies and forms are retained for at least 4 years to be sure that tax records are available if needed.

The Internal Revenue Service requires a 1099B form be sent each member annually and this information be sent to the IRS as well.
