Please E-mail this application  to WTE to set up an individual (nonbusiness) account.   Your card and materials will be returned via mail.  

Individual accounts are available to both business persons  and persons without business ownership or management responsibilities.

An existing Club member is entitled to a bonus from sponsoring a new member. If you have a sponsor friend who has recommended the Club, please let us know  his/her name.
