I apply for a basic tCashe individual member account. I understand the initial line of credit on my card is $50.00, with expanded lines of credit dependent upon experience, the Club fees are $15.00 per year with $25.00 being the initial entry fee. I will abide by the Individual Basic Rules and pay my fees and charges promptly. I agree to a commercial and/or personal credit check.
I understand the initial entry fee is a prepayment for purchases made on the card. It will carry as a credit until it is spent with an available member business or individual. If my membership was sponsored by another member, that member needs to be identified in order that he or she will get credit.
Since basic Email is unencrypted, no credit card number has been included on this form. We will contact the applicant via telephone for further information on means of payment.
