A monthly newsletter, the Exchange Update, is provided to a member with the statement. This single sheet publication provides a communication link to inform members of new goods and services, rules changes, procedural changes, and news about individuals or business members featured.

On the back of the newsletter there is a short listing of miscellaneous items offered by members to the group. These "Classified Ads" (which are not really classified, just listed) give an indication and price of items offered. The ad listings are free for members. These ad listings are in addition to the normal goods and services a business member offers for users of the tCashe card. Individual members are also welcome to send a listing and increase their earnings beyond the usual bonuses. A member who wishes to buy a listed item is to call or Email WTE for a referral to the listing person when one has an interest in a listed item or to call WTE to indicate an item for sale.

A sample of the listings from the March 2002 newsletter shows 5 automobiles, a motorcycle, a lap top computer, 4 educational training courses, 2 refrigerators, a calculator, an answering machine, a cordless phone, a Nordic Track exerciser, 10 bicycles, motel accomodations in Dallas, vacuum clearners and dozens more items. These are all miscellaneous listings that members would like to "move". The regular card use at the businesses defines most of the activity but these miscellaneous "classified ads" are just a little extra to help members sell varioius things.

Each newsletter also includes a coupon to request more forms, request another card, or to communicate changes in one's telephone numbers, hours, etc. The coupon may also be used as a Transaction Services request. This can be sent in with mailings or most of these requests can simply be done on the telephone or via E-mail.

The newsletter coupon may also be used to request Free Ad Listings in the group of ads found on the back of the newsletter by mailing it with an offer of an item to sell on the tCashe card. Even simpler, use the Email form found in Free Ad Listings or just give us a call.
