WTE sponsors a free trading site for the public wherein trade accounts are established using the tCashe system.
These accounts are similar to the functions of the main tCashe accounts which. The free accounts do have fewer privileges, namely they are for trading among the tCashe_Free group of things offered there and they are not granted lines of credit.
What these accounts accomplish is the functions of an account based trade system. I breaks the requirement that each of two persons must have what the other wants in order to complete a trade/barter deal. In other words, it makes trade work much like real money. One offers items for credits to the account and then spends those credits on other items as they are available.
