WTE Members Payments
This page provides links to the Secure Site for WTE members to make a payment on their account using Master Card or Visa.
The normal procedure is to simply send a check and the cash payments made by WTE or one member to another member on partial cash sales may pay off any cash debt. WTE then carries a credit balance against future service charges or sends a check to the member with a credit balance in the cash due column. Assuming the member has a net debt amount it may be paid her on Master Card or Visa here.
A good procedure to extend cash flow payment times is to charge an item to the tCashe account. Charges made on the first of the month are billed on the statement at the end of that month and the payment on those charges is not due until the 20th or the end of the succeeding month. This tells us a member has up to 60 days to make a payment on any cash due and not pay any interest on the cash due. (Trade debts, of course, are always zero interest anyway. The interest charges apply to the cash service charges only.)
The next step is to charge that payment to Master Card or Visa here. This can give another 20 or 30 days before these major cards are due.
Beyond that period, interest charges will be applied by Master Card or Visa. Thus one might have as much as 90 days interest free on cash due.
If you wish this credit to appear on your statement for a given month, please submit the payment at least 3 days prior to the end of that month.
